Ideal Position:
I am seeking a marketing and strategy role with a firm in a state of rapid growth or flux with a clear need to improve it's value proposition. This role will benefit from my channel marketing expertise, ability to deconstruct complex problems and experience leading key projects that balance institutional expertise with rigorous analytical support. I have held manager, director and vice president-level positions with firms in the bicycle industry, aerospace and discreet manufacturing, business services, IT and consumer products industries. My job functions have included new product development/management, corporate strategy, business development, M&A and consulting services.
Currently:
Currently I am leading a research project for a group of 3 industry leading suppliers with total sales over $1.5B. The project is intended to evaluate a new product concept by performing extensive research and conducing controlled, market beta tests to measure demand, create a product portfolio and develop a business plan for group investment. I am a highly process-oriented manager and believe strongly in applying the principles of Lean to business processes and support life-long continuous improvement.
