Ideal Position:
I would like an opportunity where I can make a difference within the corporation, but also learn from the expertise of that corporation. I have a broad vision for seeing things and how they could down the road affect a business culture and environment. I was able to gain a lot of this experience by being a business owner for over 12 years.

My ideal environment would definitely be a learning environment. I want to be somewhere there is training and updates where you can constantly learn but also give input. The mainframe of a work environment is that which interacts with the consumer; it's important to have an open line of communication.

Ideally I am looking for a salaried position with the possibility of performance bonuses.

Past Experience:
My experience is in management. I am leader. I can do marketing for a business, set strategies for long and short term goals. I also have the skills to hire and can spot talent. The work environment can be very difficult at times, and strategic management is even more important in the current economic conditions.

Currently:
Currently, I am an assistant store manager. Some may think this position not to be challenging but it can be at times. Retail is changing the environment of their stores’ operations and is constantly looking for talent to improve this image. The days are gone for rudeness or associates hiding in the aisle trying to stay clear of the customer.
