Senior Product Manager – Media, with Corporate Experience

Ideal Position:
I'm seeking a position that will take advantage of my strategy and analysis acumen and that is aligned well with strategic planning, innovating and creating. I also enjoy dealing with abstraction, new approaches and new ideas. I enjoy working in the areas of: Content, Media, Communications, Project Management, Strategic Analysis, Marketing Operations, and Staff Management.

My work environment style is insightful, reflective and thoughtful. I enjoy a smallish group (15-40), or a smallish group that is part of a larger entity. I definitely thrive in the entrepreneurial environment without cubicles or time clocks. I feel I need a combination of creative and analytical, and enjoy people that can do the same.

Past Experience:
Overall, they have dealt with products and solutions for users/consumers and clients. Media companies have been my mainstay, from internet to radio programming. Marketing and advertising products and solutions have been the usual focus.

Currently:
I currently work for a true start-up featuring online video and e-commerce. Focus points have included company strategy, legal, UI, advertising, marketing, content, training and client relationships. The last chunk of time I was the Director of Content Operations, and I was the first non-founder hired.
