Past Experience:
As the Senior Email Consultant for an international hotel group, I managed loyalty program web-based communications, contact/content strategy, data/CRM, quality control, deployment and analysis. Also, for a major airline I have been Manager - Relationship Marketing for Email Operations and Channel Management, Manager - Promotions/Communication (mileage program), Project Manager - Loyalty and Business Technologist.

Currently:
I have executed 69 million emails in 11 languages for an international hotel and resorts client. Each communication averaged 500 to 600 variable content offerings with managed data successfully averaging an open rate of 9% over the industry average and generating more than $10 million in online revenue.

Additionally, I have 20+ years experience in marketing and communications working with cross-divisional teams and managing projects in large organizations. I believe in continuous improvement, understand the sense of urgency/prioritization and possess sound leadership skills. I am a builder of teams, driver of team/individual results and am experienced in managing, monitoring and reconciling the budget.
