Last June, I completed a project for Goodman and Company, a strategic marketing firm, assisting the SAP Global Marketing team with a workshop generating Use Case and User Flow scenarios and documentation highlighting website marketing actions that will outline SAP's strategic marketing programs for mid-market demand generation.
