Ideal Position:
My ideal position would allow me to coordinate & manage creative projects. I am a resourceful, results-driven strategic thinker who thrives in an atmosphere where people can be their best. I love the buzz of a busy environment though I'm comfortable working independently too. I enjoy the challenges of working with different types of people.

I thrive in creative environments where employees are proud of their work, but I work equally well under my own steam. I've worn many hats and have been involved in everything from timeline management, strategy & media planning, creative brainstorming, networking events, new business development, setting up & running the hiring process, and producing agency collateral.

Past Experience:
I started my career in traffic, moving swiftly to a seven year operational role where I lead a team of 10 Creative Services & Production employees. I brought strong management and interpersonal skills I gained in that role to my next two as contract Creative Services / Project Managers. I bridge the gap to work successfully with both account & creative individuals.

Currently:
I managed client deliverables at a 10-person agency. They had just won a new client & needed help managing workloads & hiring for the pipeline of work. When I joined, they had no structured workflow which I resolved by writing & implementing a new process that was followed with success. As a result, we delivered AHEAD of schedule on all projects.

I am a strong all rounder, a 'do-er' who gets the job done even if its considered outside my job description. I learn quickly and find that people seek me out to work with them on projects. I enjoy multi-tasking and can manage heavy workloads. In both my contract positions in the past year I was asked to stay on due to my success in the position.
