Ideal Position:
I am in the process of starting my own design company, and am looking to build relationships with new and potential long-term clients.

I enjoy working with a smaller company where everyone plays an important role and is open to an exchange in knowledge. I prefer a casual, professional and playful atmosphere. The only thing that should be taken seriously is the great work that we do. I am very easy-going, and prefer to work with those who are of the same mind-set.

Past Experience:
I began my career in the print industry as a graphic designer at a printing company. I then began working for a small design and pre-press company. I freelanced for a few years, then worked for a national non-profit organization, which lead to my last position as Sr. Art Director for a small Internet Marketing and Design company.

I decided to branch out on my own when my company was sold in May 2008. Unfortunately, the new owner does not share the same passion, ethics or ideals that the original owners did, therefore completely changing the culture and atmosphere within the office and amongst our clients. I want to build that passion again.

Currently:
I was involved with the design of a promotional website that made it easier to learn about Georgia State Parks attractions and recreation. The site was built to encourage people to get outdoors and enjoy all that GA State Parks has to offer. The site increased visibility and boosted revenue.
