Ideal Position:
Ideally, I would like to work in a small to mid-sized agency that needs someone to make a real difference. Specific needs include pitch and acquiring new accounts, making existing accounts more profitable, upgrading agency thinking, boosting morale and developing talent from within.

Results are critical. I've worked at big agencies where the day-to-day doesn't seem to matter; it does. I want to work with an agency that wants to achieve results.

Past Experience:
I was a full-time freelancer at two different agencies. At agency one, I led the successful introduction to the US market of the #1 selling probiotic beverage. At agency two, I led new business development and increased agency income by 35% over a 9 month period.
