Ideal Position:
A permanent, full time Account Director position at an ad agency. It does not have to be traditional, but that is where most of my experience lies. However I am a well rounded advertising person. In a perfect world it would be an environment that is fueled by creativity and passion, one that appreciates the strategic effort required to develop unique and relevant insights that lead the creative output. It would be a team environment, not a dictatorship. Work as a team, but be allowed to lead and make decisions on your own when needed.
Past Experience:
I have been an Account Director for about eight years. I have worked at some of the biggest and smallest agencies in the world, in New York City, Australia, Detroit and Chicago. I am adaptable, passionate, experienced, decisive, strategic and a strong leader.
Currently:
I am an Account Director at a design studio with clients ranging from a casino to a navigation products and software solutions company to the State of Illinois. I have developed strategy for all brands and integrated marketing campaigns including TV, Radio, Newspaper, Outdoor, Online (banner ads, landing pages, website re-designs), Collateral etc. All brands experienced significant success and growth as a result.
