My most recent experience involves the brand management and online customer experience within ecommerce. My background also includes consulting for a media-based online startup as well as outreach, event planning and PR for consumer brands.

Currently:
My most recent experience involves the management of customer experience, social media, merchandising and mobile for a large ecommerce website.

Areas of my role include collaborating with IT while driving enhancement releases, outreach plan development for mobile and social, creation of the production and creative website project plans.

Additional:
Professional activities in radio and news writing afforded me opportunities to interview actors, musicians, and artists. My political and public relations activities has required the development of strong working relationships with corporate executives, elected officials, government officials, and community leaders.
