Ideal Position:
My ideal position is as a creative director. I enjoy and want to continue to manage/mentor a team of designers, work closely with executives and help steer the creative direction of the company.

I'm happiest when I'm working in a business that nurtures creativity in the design department and communication through all departments. My ideal company is one where employees feel free to exchange ideas, help each other, and take active roles in directing and managing the company. Past Experience:
I was recently a creative director for graphics and packaging of consumer goods. I have also worked in graphics for health/beauty (4 years), worked as a video editor and motion graphics designer (4 years), taught college classes (3 years), done exhibit design and point-of-purchase display design.
Currently:
I was the creative director and managed a 4 person design department. I worked directly with the head of marketing and president of operations on a daily basis to discuss and review current & future projects. My team and I successfully re-branded the company's product line, prepared corporate presentations and handled day-to-day design needs.
Additional:
I'm great at both design and business logistics. My varied career gives me an edge when compared to other designers - I'm fast on my feet, I learn quickly, and I like to make things happen!
