Ideal Position:
I would like to work client-side managing advertising agencies and market research
partners on campaigns that include TV, radio, OOH, and online. Responsibilities
would include writing creative briefs, managing concept tests and attitude and usage
studies, and providing creative feedback and direction.
Ideal Environment:
My ideal environment is collaborative and fun. I don't like to sit still, so I work well under pressure and I enjoy working with friendly people. I am a problem-solver at heart so I like figuring out new ways to get a job done efficiently.
Past Experience:
Most of my 14 years of experience has been in client service focusing in management consulting, market research, and advertising.
Currently:
I was backfill for someone who was on maternity leave for a large utility that worked in the advertising department. I managed several multi-million dollar campaigns concurrently that included components of print, radio, TV sponsorships, and event planning.
Additional:
Coming from an ad agency, I am familiar with the mechanics of how to execute campaigns. Since working client-side, I have been exposed to factors that affect decision-making and been able to explain the campaign process to internal team members that don't have advertising as part of their everyday responsibilities.
