Ideal Position:
My ideal would be a full time, permanent Communications leadership (VP/AVP/Director) position that would fully utilize my expertise and experience in delivering state-of-the-art solutions to unique marketing challenges, empowering teams with a sense of purpose and commitment, and reducing costs while reaching new markets by investing in new media.
I am seeking a position that will fully engage my leadership experience within an appealing and motivating environment. Past Experience:
My marketing communications experience includes marketing strategic planning, advertising, market research, internal/external publications, public relations/external events, media relations/crisis management, brand management/corporate image development, collateral print/broadcast production management, and website/other electronic marketing media.
I have managed up to nine employees with an annual budget of $1.9 million, authored senior-level speeches/presentations, and conducted fundraising and recruitment marketing and physician relations initiatives. For eight years, I managed a cancer center, including management of operational and capital budgets, personnel, and quality compliance.
Currently:
Most recently, I leveraged a prestigious third-party quality endorsement by developing and implementing a comprehensive communications and advertising campaign to target internal stakeholders, physicians and community influencers which resulted in increased employee pride and physician loyalty while raising the community image of our brand quality.
