Ideal Position:
My ideal position would be one where I could use all of my skills, whether it be Production/IT/PrePress/Scanning, or Retouching. I enjoy constant challenges and also enjoy teaching/explaining how to accomplish what needs to get done in order for something to print correctly or how to use a particular program.

I am able to work in any environment. Over the years of being in this business and the different shops/studios/agencies that I have worked at, I have learned to adapt to my surroundings very quickly and understand that everyone has their own unique personality, so I am able to just move forward with the project.

Past Experience:
I have been a part-owner of a prepress shop, a manager and I understand people. I can be either your studio manager or just your go-to guy when things need to be done quickly and accurately with no guidance. I am also not afraid to take responsibility for why/what I did in any particular case if the outcome is not favorable.

Currently:
Recently, as a Systems Administrator, I was brought in to learn an online asset management program, where I had a week to learn and 4 months to produce the final product for online usage and teach a staff of 5 people how to use and maintain the system and server site. The outcome is that the client is happy and my employer is also happy with the results.
