Ideal Position:
I am looking for a position in a media relations department or media company where I can utilize my talents and love for working with the media. I lived and worked in NYC for 7 years and am used to a fast paced atmosphere where multi tasking and meeting quick deadlines were a way of life. I love learning and a challenge. I also have an education background so managing others/mentoring others is a strength.
Past Experience:
I held PR positions in NYC and Chicago. I managed people, clients and projects. I planned and executed events, meetings, strategic/consumer education campaigns for clients in industries ranging from fashion to food. I have extensive writing experience and media relations achievements, building relationships for TV and print on local/national level.
Currently:
I most recently took time off from the corporate world to pursue my passion for cooking and started up my personal cheffing business. Running my own business has been a priceless experience and a lot of fun marketing myself!
