Online Marketing Manager

Ideal Position:
I am seeking an in-house Online Marketing role that emphasizes an integrated approach. I am eager to contribute to brand management, particularly via social media. I hope to leverage my copywriting and lead generation experience (principally via search marketing and display advertising) to contribute to revenue generation.

I am comfortable supporting a sole or multiple internal client(s)/product(s). My background includes a variety of work environments from large, more established operations, such as a major retailer’s ecommerce division formed in the mid 90s, to more start-up environments with fewer than a dozen employees.

I believe I am most efficient and effective in a more defined role focused on marketing skills and tactics. I truly enjoy and excel at collaborating with Technical, Creative and PR/Communications teams.

Past Experience:
I have over nine years of professional experience, including more than five years in online marketing. My past online projects span both branding and traffic generation objectives.

  • I have experience with a variety of online tactics, including social media, display ads, email and paid search (agency relationship management).
  • My copywriting includes end-user/consumer facing copy and documents directed to business partners such as case studies and white papers.

Currently:
In my most recent role with a major beauty products retailer I supervised the online media budget for recruiting the US and Canadian Sales Representative workforce. I managed the relationships with all external partners, including several job sites, a search marketing agency, search engines and display networks. I expanded the program to new tactics and channels to meet accelerated recruitment goals.
