Ideal Position:
My ideal position would be to manage and grow consumer products branded businesses through marketing, licensing, merchandising, sales training and promotion, public relations, social media and retail presentation. I am passionate about brands and product marketing and I bring that energy, enthusiasm and experience to the brand team.
Ideal Environment:
I thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. I am self directed and highly motivated and a culture that supports and encourages creative thinking while watching the bottom line would be ideal. I have worked for large corporations with and small and medium sized family-owned businesses and have done well in both. The key is professionalism.
Past Experience:
I have worked my way up through all facets of the marketing process starting in product management, consumer research, managing creative services, advertising, merchandising, brand management, sales training and retail presentation. I was promoted to several different VP level positions and have global marketing experience in Europe and China.
Currently:
Most recently I had full responsibility for brand management including sales presentations, marketing support, web exposure and promotion, packaging, brand identity, line planning, retail display, forecasting and contract compliance. I led a cross functional team of manufacturing, engineering, legal, packaging, research, marketing and sales.
