Ideal Position:
I am seeking position as an Art/Creative Director working with a marketing team and managing a small team of
designers. I have experience in Beauty which lends itself to various genres and industries.
I'm comfortable with both agency and client side and am able to work in Northern New Jersey and New York City.

I would like to work in environment where people love about what they do and value the abilities and individual roles within a cohesive team.
As the owner of a small design studio I have experience in leading projects from inception to fruition and am excited to continue on in this manner in a more traditional corporate setting.
Past Experience:
While having worked previously, I really got my career started as a Web & then Senior Web Designer at Estee Lauder. I had the opportunity to work on many of the Lauder brands and with amazing people. It's there that I developed and eye for absorbing brands and their nuances, a skill set which has evolved and aids me in all of my projects today.
Currently:
For the past 9 and a half years I have been the Principal and Creative Director of Lima Bean Creative & Interactive, a full service print and web design studio. 95% of my clients have been referrals from previous clients many of whom have remained clients for multiple projects.
I pride myself on delivering all projects on time and within budget.

Client partnerships are important to me & I have created a rapport with my clients that reflects just that. As mentioned before, I have enjoyed a 95% referral rate within my client base. This success comes from my ability to really listen to my clients & engage them in the process of creating a visible representation of their concepts and ideas.
