Account Executive – Public Relations/Marketing

Ideal Position:
I have spent 3 years working for an agency, but feel that I am ready to move onto working internal for PR/marketing. My ideal position would be to focus on one client and be a part of the company. I would like to work in CT or NY (NYC, White plains).
Ideal Environment:
Small and fun. I am used to working with 15 other individuals and prefer a smaller environment.
Past Experience:
In my 3 year tenure as an Account Executive, I have direct responsibility for a number of clients. Like any good PR professional, I am extremely skilled pitching stories and working in a demanding, fast-paced environment. My clip book has placements from a number of news outlets including: The Rachel Ray Show, The Martha Stewart Show, GQ and more.
Currently:
My most recent role has been to support my clients at tradeshows over the summer months. I was able to secure feature stories in relevant publications. This coverage came from meetings I arranged and from great conversations with the media. In addition I have worked with my clients to get them to participate in events as well.
Additional Notes:
I have three years of experience in the professional world, but I also have had 3 terrific, educational internships beforehand.
