Mid-Level Interactive Flash Designer with Corporate, Not-for-profit and Agency Experience

Long-term Contracting, Short-term Freelance, Temp-to-perm, or Consulting.
Ideal Position:
I am currently hoping to book work for freelance design that could include Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and XML editing, that has the potential to go long-term. My ideal environment would be to develop a relationship with a team in Manhattan for Interactive Design that would include Photoshop and motion graphics work where I can rely on my education and experience.
Past Experience:
I have recently finished a contract for freelance interactive design for on-line marketing that included design and scripting of a media player that runs video. Before that I held a mid-level Flash design position in a multi-media agency that required heavy Flash animation and Photoshop production for the video game industry.
Currently:
In my most recent long-term contract as an Interactive Web Designer I had to rely on my past experiences with agencies in order to design and build interactive elements for the web. Most of the advertising units were built in Flash that included links to video.
