Ideal Position:
My goal is twofold. I am looking for a position in either sales management or new business development for a company that wants to grow quickly and profitably. The company must have a product and pricing to sell and must have or be willing to invest in the marketing tools to grow.

My ideal environment is fast paced, dynamic, and promotes creative thinking and rewards achievement. Since I have worked in both Fortune 100 and smaller companies, I have been able to achieve tremendous job satisfaction personally, as well as by watching team members grow.

Past Experience:
I have both Fortune 100 Company and entrepreneurial experience, building sales teams and creating new sales opportunities by opening new territories. This has given me dynamics to lead and build departments, develop sales programs and open new sales territories, contributing to the bottom line. I opened two large geographic territories for my last company.

Currently:
Company growth of 500% was reached in the past 12 months of my role as Chief Marketing Officer.  Employees increased from 250 to 1100, while profit rose 25%. This was achieved by landing several national accounts and expanding into several states.
