I have over 15 years experience with Fortune 100 and publicly traded companies. My most recent achievements include growth of assets from $200M to $500M in less than 4 years; building teams and tools resulting in sales increase of over 200% in 1 year; account growth of over 60% to more than 23,000; and profitability increase of over 60%, as chronicled by American Banker Association magazine.

I am a consistent sales leader that balances family and faith with extraordinary performance.  I believe that a magnificent failure is better than succeeding at something that is not important. I believe that it is everyone's job to make their boss look good and it is a boss’s job to remove obstacles that would prevent their employees from performing.

Currently:
Most recently, as a consultant, I developed strategy and evaluated opportunities for a major national software company to enter into new markets that will increase profit over 30%. I was concurrently working with a professional organization to integrate distance learning and training to increase market share.
