Ideal Position:
I am looking to join an organization at the highest level contributing to an executive team and strategy and execution of the sales plan. I'm looking for an entrepreneurial organization which is fast paced, even chaotic and needs high growth and profitability.
I am looking for a large scale organization who wants their head of sales to use an entrepreneurial style and act as a change agent. I am a hands-on sales manager used to creating strong metrics of performance. I am looking for a very challenging environment.
Past Experience:
I am experienced in running sales teams between 15-20 people and books of business between $35-$50M. I have participated on the executive teams of a Market Research/Experian Marketing Service Organization and have created 30% YOY growth for many years. I'm very sales focused environments with the critical need for high growth.
Currently:
As VP of Sales for a Market Research/Experian Marketing Service Organization I ran a 20 person sales department with a budget of $50M. I have subject matter expertise in the media/technology vertical, building and developing sales teams and growing businesses top and bottom line.
Additional Notes:
While my experience is in the media and technology verticals, I am open to new business challenges in different markets.
