Ideal Position:
I'm a results-driven strategist, manager and award-winning writer/editor with 20 years communications experience, and am seeking a senior corporate communications role – including public affairs, public relations, community outreach and issues management – at a company or nonprofit. I look forward to contributing to a company/ client's team!

Past Experience:
I have written "first-ever" corporate plans for communications, issues management and government relations; industries include financial services, insurance and health care.
A "best in the biz" corporate writer, my articles have appeared in newspapers, magazines and trade papers. And my projects have won awards for communications excellence.
Currently:
I'm a communications consultant providing strategic counsel and services including campaign design, internal/external communications, public relations and website development to corporate and nonprofit clients.
I've presented my Business Etiquette 101 workshop to client companies, and am working with a major nonprofit on a national campaign.
Additional:
I have served as vice president, corporate communications & government relations for a leading credit union and managed communications projects for a major insurer. I have established federal and state PACs, and written position papers and advocated for industry issues in Washington, DC, Sacramento, Calif., and Austin, Texas.
