Ideal Position:
My ideal opportunity would consist of a team environment conducive to producing results. The ideal job would entail planning and managing initiatives that achieve desired goals of profitability, client acquisition, and retention.
Ideal Environment:
My ideal environment would entail professionalism, hard-working and fun. A culture who cares about its employees and wishes to improve the quality of life for its people. Good management and leadership are most important to the success of any organization. Lastly, good people are equally as important to a company.
Past Experience:
My past experiences are broad consisting of recruiting, project mgmt., marketing and sales. This well rounded background has exposed me to a broad arena of knowledge and experience. Analyzing, managing multiple projects and sales have been the most favorable of my experiences.
Currently:
My most recent role was a co-founder of a promotions company. I was the lead sales manager who serviced six territories. As a start-up, sales gradually increased and business grew. The experience was a great one, but ultimately I wish to work for a corporation and build a solid foundation towards a career.
