Ideal Position:
I'd really like to work for a magazine/publication in which I produce/design the editorial and also get to write a little bit, that is the most ideal position that I could ask for. The company culture is important to me as I would like it to positive and supportive as well as stimulating.
Ideal Environment:
I am comfortable in most any type of environment as long as it is positive.
Past Experience:
I worked for an advertising agency that helped non profits meet their fundraising goals. I designed and produced newsletters, direct mail, web banners, catalogs and internal materials. My job involved some travel for press checks.
Currently:
My most recent position was as a production artist/designer in which I had a wide variety of tasks. I laid out, collected images, did Photoshop work and prepared for press numerous newspaper inserts. I designed ads and signage. I also sliced emails and prepared them for the web. It was a wonderful opportunity.
Additional:
I have had the liberty to work a considerable amount as a freelancer and that has enriched my career because I have learned a lot from a variety of very talented people.
