Print Production/Direct Response Specialist

Ideal Position:
My ideal position would to be in charge of a large scale production campaign for either an Agency or Corporation. Responsible for production of: print collateral, direct marketing, outdoor media, print ads, publications, custom packaging, prepress, digital retouching.
Ideal Environment:
Agency is preferred but I also exist well in a corporate environment. Culture should be business casual to casual. I work best when given a multitude of task and responsibilities. I don't work well under a micro manager type of leadership.
Past Experience:
Manage the production and fulfillment of assigned projects that are commissioned through the Agency. Manage outside vendors to solicit proposals and estimates on assigned projects to ensure projects stay on budget and delivered with quality and on a timely manner.
Currently:
Head production for a Direct Response campaign for a banking client where the monthly mailing dates call for our Agency producing and mailing in excess of 20 million mailing pieces per month. Each monthly campaign consists of 7-12 individual creative pieces. This was no easy task but my leadership role as production manager never faltered.
Additional:
I am a tremendous asset to a company when tight timelines are the norm and multi tasking is a must. I work very well under pressure and when there seems there's no hope.
