Ideal Position:
Ideally I would like to get an Associate Manager level position within a marketing agency, consumer products or entertainment company. Growth potential and stability are the most important factors when considering a new position. However, I would be willing to take a coordinator level position and work my way up, for the right company.
Ideal Environment:
I would like to be in a larger company with a diverse environment. I have learned that working in small boutique companies is not the right fit for me. I like the environment with a corporate office setting but with vibrant colors, an energetic atmosphere and business casual attire. Working with people of all ages is also ideal.
Past Experience:
Two most relevant: I managed product approvals, licensing agreements, and various business development efforts. I also played an integral role in the strategy and execution of promotional programs. Currently, I am responsible for the strategy, execution, budget, reporting and staff management of experiential programs
Currently:
I am finishing a program which involves touring with the band No Doubt. I manage the entire promotion from concept to wrap-up. The tour includes 49 shows in which I am responsible for the execution and results of each. To date we have more than doubled our number of participants and increased the number or leads from our 65 shows in '08.
