I am a performance-focused publishing professional with over 14 years experience consistently delivering revenue growth and driving highly strategic business initiatives to support corporate goals. As a Director of Operations & Product Development, I have been a key decision maker in product development and strategic initiatives directing the organization's future.
Currently:
I oversaw the distribution division, while also retaining oversight of the book division, to turn it around and restore it to profitability. I managed a $20MM budget with eight direct reports and 450 indirect reports. My initial task was launching an ERP implementation that included the rollout of new handhelds to 450 field merchandisers.
