Ideal Position:
My ideal opportunity would be working in a traffic or production management capacity in a creative environment in collaboration with individuals, teams, depart, vendors & freelancers who have an entrepreneurial, sense of ownership; proactive, positive and innovative thinkers, each driving the current technologies to exceed client expectation
Ideal Environment:
I would like to work in a creative, innovative environment embracing trends and the technologies that change (almost) daily. I'm mad for packaging and print facilities, creative services departments, in-house production for broadcast, print and web, home entertainment and consumer products. Health, style and eco-conscious, work life balance with humor is optimum
Past Experience:
I have extensive experience writing work flow, print specifications, and packaging and pop guidelines. Traffic, asset management, buying print, file prep, print and proofing. I have worked in large film studio home entertainment divisions, their creative services and consumer products, internet, live event production and PR promotions departments.
Currently:
I am a freelance traffic manager, overseeing deliverables for print, identity/brand, web/interactive, and event production for clients, advertising/promotional agencies, packaging and print vendors serving TV, film and cable creative services, home entertainment, consumer products, internet, live event production and PR promotions departments
Additional:
My choice to freelance for a large part of my career was deliberate to gather experience in many environments and to build on my burgeoning skills, to learn from client side, vendor side and agency side. I understand from all 3 perspectives the day-to-day logistical aspects of projects, scope and the challenges of meeting client expectation.
