Interactive Art Director with Corporate and Agency Experience

Ideal Position:
I am seeking an Art Director position at a small to midsize agency (one located south of 30th street would be great!) My ideal position entails 15-20% client interaction; 25-35% Managing/Direction junior designers; and 50-70% design. I am interested in interactive design only (I'd like to avoid print and presentation).

My ideal environment is very similar to the one I work in now; however, I would like to have more designers, creative directors and programmers around me to learn and grow from. At the moment my team is small with many of the people spread around the world.

Past Experience:
I started 10 years ago at a dot com software company, and learned so much about web, IA and UX. My next position taught me the importance of a brand: I worked for one of the top 10 in the world. Next I was at a print and interactive agency. Now I am at another top interactive agency working with social networking, viral apps and gaming interactive projects.

Currently:
My creative lead responsibilities include art directing a team of designers, attending client meetings for initial creative discovery, and design of all projects including full websites, UGC microsites, location based social networking, and viral marketing initiatives including online games, sweepstakes, interactive polls, video timelines and widgets.
