Ideal Position:
The ideal position would be in a department that is casual, and relaxed - yet organized and disciplined. The position would be respected as an important valuable position and not underpaid.
Ideal Environment:
I am looking for an open environment that caters to the creative mind and allows for growth within the company. I am looking for a lights off environment, with an art department feel. The environment should also stimulate and provide an avenue for education and staying on the creative edge of modern design.
Past Experience:
My past experiences are widely varied. Every experience has been a learning one. I have been in lead and solo positions developing entire campaigns to simple one time news print ads. I enjoy every aspect of my career and feel that my next 10+ years should be spent in an environment to build skill sets and benefit my employer and clients.
Currently:
I most recently worked in a contract position and allowed me to work with trade show graphics, logos brochures and flash media animations. Both the art director and president were quite satisfied with both my skills and sense of urgency. Though this position did not turn permanent, I was considered as candidate for employment.
Additional Notes:
I have an extensive print and new media design background. I am learning new media design and have recently added Dreamweaver and flash design to my skill set. I am determined to succeed, and grow in my career for my employer and myself.
