Ideal Position:
The ideal opportunity for me would be to be involved long-term with an HBA or CPG company where I have the flexibility of working a reduced work week (part-time), or on a consulting basis whereby I can telecommute.

I thrive in a creative and entrepreneurial environment where decisions can be made quickly and where results are also delivered without many layers of delay. I enjoy fast-paced work that exposes me to a variety of tasks and opportunities for employing my creativity and decision-making skills; I dislike repetition.

Past Experience:
My most recent corporate position was as Marketing Manager of the Fine Fragrance Unit at one of the top 5 fragrance suppliers in the world. Most recently, I have been involved as a Marketing Consultant for a varied group of large and small fragrance suppliers.

Currently:
I recently completed a comprehensive trend forecast of the air care category, and designed marketing and seasonal fragrance concepts projecting to 2009, based on lifestyle, fragrance and ingredient trends that are expected to influence product development and marketability for that period.

A position's most important feature for me is one that allows a flexible work schedule, whether it is a part-time onsite or telecommuting opportunity. I have a strong background in creative marketing, where “designing” new fragrance-driven product introductions is a specialty. I also have strong generational marketing experience: teens, matures, etc.
