Entry Level Creative/Junior Art Director (Production) with Corporate Experience

Ideal Position:
As a recent graduate, I know the job market is very competitive for what I really want to do: Junior Creative in advertising, and eventually Art Director. My first goal is to get my foot in the door. An administrative assistant or production artist role will be a step closer to my ideal position. The attitude of the people in the workplace is important to me. I'm really looking to learn from talented professionals who are more experienced and who listen to ideas--even from an entry level employee. I want to work in a place where I know there's room to grow.
Past Experience:
My experiences are mostly school-related. I graduated with a Fine Arts degree from University of Colorado-Boulder and an Advertising certificate from CU's School of Journalism. I've had several administrative assistant positions and marketing and graphic design positions.
Currently:
Before I graduated, I was the Exhibit Coordinator for the Outreach Exhibit in the University of Colorado Norlin Libraries where I collaborated with artists and curators and coordinated 10 exhibits including Weather Report-part of Eco-Arts. I hung over 400 paintings and created 8 case installations.
