Design Director with Corporate and Agency Experience

Ideal Position:
My career objective is to establish a position in design that closely follows and sets current trend at its highest level; to target and solve client direction with unique, effective and highly creative solutions. My role would not only be in creating design, but directing design at many levels within a team environment.

My ideal work setting is a strong mix of creativity with corporate direction. I prefer to work with clients that have more decorative, food or gift-based needs. I have a very whimsical, colorful, trendy approach to design that lends itself to these kinds of clients.

Past Experience:
My past experiences include: Senior Design Director, Art Director, illustration, and teaching graphic design. I have experience working in corporate settings, as well as self employed and consulting experiences.

Currently:
I am currently a Senior Design Director at an art supply company. My role includes product development, art direction, packaging and collateral design. I am responsible for up to date trend research, hands on design and illustration, and project management for several projects at one time. Clients include major, big box retailers.
