Ideal Position:
My ideal opportunity would be one that allows me to grow as a designer and creative thinker. I am seeking opportunities that are both challenging and rewarding.

My ideal environment would be one that is conducive to the creative process. This includes a strong team environment, lots of collaboration and a positive atmosphere.

Past Experience:
I have held positions with several design firms in the greater San Francisco Bay Area as well as an in-house position with a software company in that area. Since moving back to Texas in 2005, I have worked both independently as a freelance designer and as a Senior Graphic Designer.

Currently:
As Senior Graphic Designer, I played an integral role in art directing all of our print and web projects, and took all print projects from concept to completion. I also had the opportunity to expand upon my skills in designing for the web, including the development of a wireframe design process to finalize content.

Additional Notes:
Design, for me, is an ever growing passion. It's what drives me. It's who I am. Through my mentors in my professional career and during my education, I have learned a deep appreciation for all aspects of design. I have learned the importance of research, the art of taking direction, and the value of collaboration.
