Ideal Position:
My ideal opportunity would be to work on the client side managing the marketing operations with outside agencies.

Ideal Environment:
My ideal environment is a casual one where the work speaks for itself. Trust in employees to complete projects is something that I highly value. Micromanaging is not conducive to creativity or a positive work environment.

Past Experience:
I've worked for several agencies on the account side managing direct mail and email programs. I've worked for Fortune 500 clients, franchisees, non-profits, start-ups, governments, and consultants. I've run million dollar campaigns and small projects for small businesses. I can't do everything by myself, but I know how to get everything done.

Currently:
I worked for a government consultant who was trying to get his business off the ground. He needed everything - logo, website, collateral, a marketing plan, mailers, presentation templates - the works. I created the marketing plan, designed the concepts, and contracted out all the final graphic work, web creation, printing, and mailing.
