Ideal Position:
My ideal position will be working in a corporate marketing department managing national programs and marketing campaigns. Since I'm fully bilingual and have experience working with Hispanic markets in the US and the Caribbean a position with an international company will of special interest to me.
Ideal Environment:
I adapt very quickly to any type of company setting and culture as long as the right leadership exist and team effort and hard work are part of the daily routine.
Past Experience:
In my past roles, I have been responsible for developing and executing annual marketing plans for products and services at the national level. My marketing experience extends to areas such as; new product development, strategic planning, brand awareness, online programs, customer retention, marketing campaigns and communication strategies.
Currently:
I recently launched REIT (real estate investment trust products) to market with sales that surpass the 1 million dollars in the first few months.
Directed the marketing and communication strategies for mortgage products that help the Emerging Markets sales team increased production from $721 Million (3994 Units) in 2005 to $945 Million (4506 Units) in 2006.
Additional:
In my tenure, I was promoted two times and received a Good Neighbor Pharmacy Outstanding Achievement Award for enrolling 70 pharmacies in the program the first year. My achievements as a Good Neighbor Pharmacy Manager included, redesigning and successfully implementing the program in the company's first Spanish speaking market.
