Ideal Position:
I would like to be a significant part in the success of a company, by working with a design team that generates a strong brand identity, and targets their audience through impactful marketing and advertising venues. With the companies support, I know that I can make their corporate goals a reality through my experience, creativity, and motivation.
Ideal Environment:
My ideal environment should be fun, upbeat, and positive. I believe that most of this setting is created by company leadership. As a manager, I would inspire and motivate my team. Working as a team, and reaching your goals as a team, produces a product that everyone can be proud of. Each day should bring excitement, and a sense of accomplishment.
Past Experience:
I have held various positions in a managerial or supervisory capacity. From being a creative director to a sr. art director, I have been responsible for the overall look and synergy of all marketing and advertising vehicles. This includes web design, printed collateral, direct mail, POP, in-store signage, catalog, and logo design.
Current:
My team was given the task of creating a new brand identity for a non-profit organization. Working very closely with the CEO, we determined company direction, target audience, and brand identity. After weeks of meetings, revisions, and product development, we came up with a cohesive plan that would take the organization into a successful future.
