Account management in consumer and B2B campaigns covering diverse categories such as technology, CPG, airlines, petrochemical and automotive. I was account supervisor on global brands Microsoft and American Airlines, account manager on Coca-Cola, and account executive on Shell and Audi. Scope of campaigns: national, global, multicultural and local.
Currently:
The American Airlines 2010 Military Cause Marketing campaign's emotionally engaging TV spots highlighted AA's support of US armed forces. It achieved customer and corporate goals with excellent results in comprehension (> 90%), likeability (> 70%), and persuasion (> 50% had positive purchase intent), and won consumer kudos and employee endorsement.
