Ideal Position:
My ideal position would be Digital Design leadership with a key responsibility for driving the creation and integration of customer experiences and interactions with brands and products. My focus would be primarily strategic in nature, and strive to align business goals with customer needs, while setting realistic expectations for execution within existing infrastructure.

My ideal environment would be a small- to mid-size independent agency looking to grow, scale and deepen an interactive service offering. On the client-side, a corporation requiring customer experience design leadership to maintain cross-channel product/marketing consistency and deepen customer relationships through evolution of their product offering and marketing mix.

Past Experience:
I have experience in design and creative leadership within agency and consulting settings. I have over fifteen years experience in branding and identity design, multimedia and web development, museum exhibitory and environmental graphic design. Areas of expertise include creative strategy and development, brand development, interaction design and design management.

Currently:
Currently, I led online experience design strategy and translation into phased execution for the largest customer loyalty program within the hospitality industry. The scope included plans for a staged international roll-out and in-region development (language/cultural).
