Creative Director/User Experience Designer with Corporate and Agency Experience

Ideal Position:
I thrive in a creative environment that inspires people to be at their personal best, for the team and for the company; where ideas and the creative spirit flourish. I understand and work with all aspects in print and web from Design to Creative Direction. The ideologies between both mediums parallel each other.

I have worked as a freelancer (home studio), in both small and large studios, large agencies and in corporate America. My ideal environment was laid back (with beads of sweat on my forehead), about 100 people (no offices), where everyone knew your name and what you did. An open door policy and team building activities always help.

Past Experience:
I have spanned the spectrum of creative titles: design, team lead, marketing manager, working and leading teams to a practical solution that pushes new technology and ideals to engage the viewer (or client base) to take action. My use of Adobe apps and experience in translating the practical with the functional is apparent in my resume.

I have done it all, but I am willing to explore new contract options. My resume illustrates my talents/skills - and my many hats. Most of all, I am looking for a place where my talents are needed, from UX Design, Art Direction, Marketing Communications to ACD opportunities. You be the judge, and tell me how I can help you.

Currently:
Most recently, I helped an Austin, TX-based marketing agency refocus their efforts in translating the new company website (which I designed) to all of the marketing incentives. I also rovided Creative Direction for their client base, which consisted of print and web banner advertising, marketing pieces, and website design. I have plenty of experience between the two mediums.
