Communications/Training Consultant with Corporate and Not-for-profit Experience

Long-term Contracting, Short-term Freelance, and Consulting.
Ideal Position:
My ideal position entails less than 40 hours per week off-site developing and delivering communications and training related to change management, human resources, employee benefits, or financial services.
I prefer a collaborative environment with minimal layers of approval/review and direct access to decision makers.
Past Experience:
I develop and deliver training programs on business communication and professional development. I also research, develop, and deliver a variety of internal and external communications programs for my clients.
Currently:
Recently, I researched and wrote communications for a corporate labor management partnership, change management communications for a statewide bank to introduce new bankwide applications and products, and served as communications manager for a 403(b)(7) rollout.
