Ideal Position:
My ideal position would be to work with Developers, Stakeholders and End-Users, designing, writing, maintaining, and delivering task-based end-user documentation in hard/soft copy and online formats for software applications resulting in high quality deliverables. Additionally implement a continuous process improvement cycle centered on information content and communication.

My ideal environment would be an innovative, leading edge culture having an open door policy to management and developers enabling me to tap into the knowledge of others thereby increasing my knowledge to produce and maintain quality and accurate deliverables.

I have worked closely with business users, developers, QC analysts, release management analyzing, developing, and delivering:

• Task based documentation in multi-media formats.
• Collaboration & content management solutions
• Designing/building internet brochure-ware & portfolio sites & printed marketing material.
