Senior Graphic Designer/Associate Art Director

Ideal Position:
I am looking for a position where I could be a senior graphic designer or associate art director, who can mentor and help my team through the design process. I could contribute ideas that reach the full spectrum of audiences. I could also help clients identify their needs and combine it with current market trends to produce a final design.
Ideal Environment:
An ideal environment for me is a place where creativity can bloom! I like working with like-minded individuals/teams that can contribute creative ideas to projects that are multi-faceted. An emphasis on teamwork and project collaboration is also another big plus.
Past Experience:
I was responsible for the conception, execution and production of graphic art at a fortune 50 company. I designed sales kits, brochures, catalogs, patient/clinician educational materials, scientific poster presentations, client communications, trade show booths, advertising/marketing collateral and training materials.
Currently:
I recently designed and carried out a training program for Adobe InCopy to an entire 80-person marketing department. I produced three training session which included a video tutorial. This dramatically improved department workflows and decreased routed drafts by 40%.
Additional:
I am a creative, detail-oriented graphic designer and multimedia professional with extensive experience in typography, digital illustration, photo editing/retouching, branding, print production/procurement, web graphic design, video editing, and advertising. I take projects from concept to completion.
