Ideal Position:
My ideal opportunity includes working with a diverse team yet working as an individual to pull together a complete project. I am a start to finish person; such characteristics allow self motivation. I enjoy project accounting however my personality is truly a fit for marketing. I would not mind some traveling and I love meeting different people.
Ideal Environment:
The ideal work environment includes great people, a reasonable work/life balance. A place that encourages professional learning. I don't do well in micromanaging climates. A place where asking questions is common practice. An open door policy with management for ideas, work relations and team building. Working from home is an occasional option.
Past Experience:
For many years I was a cost/billing coordinator. I maintained inventory and worked with several small teams to produce an accurate forecasting projections. I have also worked as an onsite immediate command administrator. Both of these experiences speak to my analytical and ability to operate in a fast pace environment. I welcome change and learning.
Currently:
Recently, I worked with an oil company that needed to set up an immediate response team. It was necessary to "hit the ground running". Monitoring contractors and employee on and off sight. Assisted executives, corporate planner with organizational planning charts and workflow using Visio. Updated workforce plan worksheet maintaining contact information.
Additional:
I have been the pilot for so many various software, rolling out training and creating of processes for record management and data. I have the formal training and the natural ability to solve problems and synthesize data found in research resulting in successful project management and maintenance.
