Ideal Position:
My ideal position would provide me the opportunity to play a key role on a production team for an established and reputable agency that is an authority in the packaging graphics field and of which I would have the constant opportunity to utilize, challenge and expand my knowledge, skills and career experience.
Ideal Environment:
An ideal work environment would be: a studio setting/open loft-like space that has inspiring personality; convenient to urban surroundings; 30 - 60 employees; free parking; dogs welcome; music friendly and happy hour outings every Friday.
Past Experience:
Began career as "paste-up" artist in Atlanta packaging design firm; became a lead on-site member on a well-known beverage account. This association brought opportunity for contract graphic artist in the Marketing Dept and that relationship later led me to a Brand Graphics Manager job.
Currently:
My most recent job was as the on-site Account Packaging Production Mgr. which entailed daily collaboration with key internal and external parties in order to release an annual count of 1,000+ SKU art files successfully; brand redesigns, mandated FDA changes, new products, etc. I introduced new processes and opportunities benefiting all.
