Ideal Position:
To find a position that involves both decision making and production of a web/video projects. I would love to direct people as well as keep a strong focus on how to produce the project. A variety of work in web/Flash or video is what would interest me the most. I have held many roles which I have been successful in.

Ideal Environment:
It is an environment where people work as a team and understand that to be successful in this competitive world they must be able to depend on each other as well as get along with each other. Unity is important because it leads to learning and sharing each others skill set. Any culture from corporate to agency will thrive from the people within.

Past Experience:
Today, I am a multimedia producer at a well-known financial corporation that works (and teaches) mostly in Flash and produces all video projects from Times Square to pitching new business with dynamic animations. I also shoot video and create print pieces.

One project involved directing a series of banner ads and involved three different sizes with a landing page. All the designing and producing had to be done within the tight budget. Efficiency was the key. The job led to many new acquirers and matched the return on investment that the corporation was targeting.

Additional:
My many years of experience in both print and multimedia are based on one thing - good design. To achieve good design across the board from print to web to video, you have to understand what is important - what the client wants and not what you want. Your clients’ vision is most important and meeting in the middle is the sign of a good designer.
