Past Experience:
Director of marketing at major medical company. US focus with numerous product launches and significant commercial success; grew product line from $50 MM to $170 MM in 4 years. Similar position with global scope at smaller corporation with significant business development contact. Engineering and R&D management: capital medical equipment.
Currently:
Developed and implemented therapy-focused marketing strategy that led to improved sales team focus on broadly-labeled surgical device. This resulted in both improved sales performance and better targeted value proposition to key hospital stakeholders, including surgeons, that increase product CAGR to 29%.
Additional:
I am fluent in both business and engineering and have an outstanding command of the medical device market space. This allows me to bridge gaps that often exist between clinicians and product development, between marketing and sales, and between sales and stakeholders within healthcare provider systems.
