Ideal Position:
I am looking for a position where I can utilize my exceptional computer and researching skills. I excel as a team player. I want to be able to help where needed finding answers and meeting deadlines. Serving the clients and meeting budget challenges.
My ideal environment is a friendly, creative, open door office where achievement is appreciated. It is laid back, but professional. I want to feel like the member of a team, working together to serve the clients no matter what your title may be.
Past Experience:
I started as a receptionist and quickly moved up to a position as a Media Director. I functioned as the liaison between competing project groups with differing approaches in priorities. I have always been the "go-to-girl" for answers and a quick response. I was back up IT person and the voice of the phone system.
Currently:
I volunteered to create a database for all advertising. The company had been using Excel spreadsheets for budgets, deadline tracking and invoices. This wasted a lot of time updating each spreadsheet as changes occurred throughout the day. The database streamlined the entire process and improved productivity across all departments.
Additional Notes:
Although my background has been as a Media Buyer, I possess excellent administrative skills. I am willing to work as an administrative assistant utilizing my skills at that level.
